UNIQUE CRAFTSMANSHIP: When sewing our weighted blankets, we use double-wrapped threads to make the sewing around the heavy blanket firmer. Needle pitch 1″/9 stitches (including quilting stitch length, to ensure that the glass beads inside the heavy blanket do not run away move). One loop on each of the four corners and one loop on each of the four sides (1cm wide*6cm long, fixed by turning back stitch), a total of 8 loops, easy to install the duvet cover.

HOW TO CHOOSE

The weight of the blanket should be about 10% of your body weight. For example, a 150 lb adult would use a 15 lb weighted blanket, and a 65 lb child would use a 7 lb weighted blanket. The blanket should be no longer in size than the top of your mattress and should not hang over the sides of your bed. Please reference our chart to determine which blanket is right for you.

Reminder:

1 . Recommend hand wash.
2 . Weighted blanket uses breathable fabric.But due to its weight it may also feel hot, so a fan or an AC is recommended. Not recommend under 3 years old and pregnant Women, and do not cover your face with the blanket.
4 . Weak or sensitive joints(knee, hip, back or joint pain)please avoid using.
5 . Far away from the fires, heaters,or any other heat sources.
